The diners at these dinners are the ones who choose the pintxo with which each team must compete in the <strong>final<\/strong>, held at the Europa Conference Centre in Vitoria-Gasteiz.<\/p>\n<p>The winning pintxo was <strong>&#8220;Descalabrau&#8221;<\/strong>, which <strong>imitates a wooden trunk<\/strong> with the fallen autumn leaves and the frost of the mountain. It is a base filled with a chuck stew, <strong>cream cheese<\/strong> and grilled pepper gel, <strong>with a silver sheen<\/strong> simulating the frost and slices of pepper.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img presented their pintxo &#8220;Al tun tun&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>team from Gipuzkoa<\/strong> was made up of <strong>Carlos Nuez, George Brezeanu<\/strong> (Ramuntxo Berri-Donostia-San Sebasti\u00e1n) and <strong>Sabri Ben-Ayyad<\/strong> (El Pesca\u00edto de la Bah\u00eda de C\u00e1diz-Donostia-San Sebasti\u00e1n) and they presented their pintxo &#8220;Goxua de carrillera&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>And the <strong>team from Bizkaia<\/strong> formed by <strong>I\u00f1aki Lazkano<\/strong> (Sorginzulo-Bilbao), <strong>I\u00f1igo and Koldo<\/strong> Kortabitarte (Kobika-Durango) and <strong>Iker Carrillo<\/strong> (V\u00edctor Montes-Bilbao) presented their pintxo &#8220;Iron Burger&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>jury for this culinary competition was made up of<\/strong> Aaron Ort\u00edz from the Kabo restaurant in Pamplona, Carmen Cuesta from Dinast\u00eda Vivanco, F\u00e9ix Manso from the restaurant of the same name in Irun, David Rodr\u00edguez from
