Welcome to the most beautiful toilets<\/a> in the world.\u00a0If you are one of those who say the famous “Excuse me: the toilet?”<\/strong> before reading the menu, you will understand that immaculate, avant-garde and sometimes surreal toilets<\/strong> say a lot about the restaurant<\/a> that houses them. But let’s get to the point: the toilet<\/strong> -which was once also the DJ’s room- designed by the L\u00e1zaro Rosa-Viol\u00e1n<\/a> studio, has been attracting visitors for years. Washing your hands in the pompous washroom at Annabel’s (www.annabels.co.uk) -located in the heart of Mayfair- is a luxury that only a few can enjoy<\/strong>. The reason? This is one of the most frequented private clubs by London’s elite<\/strong>: the likes of Mick Jagger, Ella Fitzgerald, Princess Diana and Margaret Thatcher<\/strong> have all passed through its halls.<\/p>\n

This four-storey Georgian mansion houses restaurants, bars, private dining rooms, a cigar lounge, a nightclub, a garden terrace and toilets<\/strong> that are, to say the least, extravagant.\u00a0Behind the flowery, pink ladies’ boudoir is Martin Brudnizki<\/strong>, the architect of a fantasy worthy of a scene from Alice in Wonderland.\u00a0“I wanted to build bathrooms that would give members a sense of escape similar to the rest of the club,” says the designer.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"Giorgio,\n\t\tGiorgio, Pari\u0301s\n

Introducing the latest addition to Gruppo Dalmata: Giorgio <\/strong>an ode to Italian cuisin<\/strong>e that has set up shop in a charming restaurant<\/strong> in the 11th arrondissement of Paris<\/strong><\/a>. After the undeniable success of the pizzas that come out of Dalmata’s wood-fired oven, this new opening has landed in the city with the same aim: to win over lovers of good food<\/strong>. And it’s not only succeeding with its recipes -watch out for its creamy lasagne-, but its aesthetics, inspired by the Italian restaurants of the 70s and 80s<\/strong> -which recreated the palazzo style with a pop touch-, is the definitive ingredient. In 2018, Manchester’s<\/strong> financial district welcomed this exquisite tenant, which, by word of mouth, has made its way across the city in record time.\u00a0A brasserie, private dining room, bar, Asian restaurant and finally a rooftop garden<\/strong> are housed on the four floors that make up this dining experience. While Ivy Asia’s<\/strong> luminous emerald green floors may steal the show from such sublime recipes as wagyu steak with soy sauce or glazed Chinese cabbage, when it comes to interiors, the women’s restrooms take first prize<\/strong>.\u00a0A sculpture<\/strong> reminiscent of Bernini’s Rome presides over the ostentatious room, where floral patterned walls and a ceiling lined with roses enhance the bucolic feel of the bathroom.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"Brasserie\n\t\tBrasserie of Light, Londres\n

There are no retinas capable of resisting the pink charm of the toilet at Brasserie of Light<\/a><\/strong>, a London restaurant located in the iconic<\/strong> Selfridges department store. Pink marble, mirrors and the right lighting have turned this setting into the perfect backdrop for an Instagram selfie<\/strong> (so says the restaurant itself).<\/p>\n

And, as you might imagine, the dining space, designed by Martin Brudnizki<\/a> – who was inspired by the concept of creating light<\/strong> – is ostentatious from start to finish: as soon as you enter, an imposing Swarovski-encrusted Pegasus<\/strong> by artist Damien Hirst catches the eye of diners. So does the double-height window.\u00a0Once seated at the feet of the resplendent mythological creature<\/strong>, an affordable, international menu is on hand to surprise the palate.<\/p>\n\t
