The 2021 harvest has been very abundant and thanks to this, cider producers have produced different ciders with different apple varieties, among others: <strong>single-varietal ciders<\/strong>, ciders made with <strong>2 types of apples<\/strong>, etc.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to natural cider, in recent years cider producers have been producing other types of cider, such as <strong>sparkling cider or ice cider<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tThe apple\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>The year 2021 has been prosperous and most apple orchards have produced <strong>a lot of very healthy apples<\/strong>. The summer drought and the heavy load of fruit on the trees have had an influence and some apple orchards have seen a <strong>slight delay in ripening<\/strong>.
