{"id":24572,"date":"2022-04-22T11:09:20","date_gmt":"2022-04-22T09:09:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/basquemagazine.com\/who-we-are\/"},"modified":"2023-07-19T12:59:17","modified_gmt":"2023-07-19T10:59:17","slug":"who-we-are","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/basquemagazine.com\/en\/who-we-are\/","title":{"rendered":"Who we are"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2>\n\t\tWho we are\n\t<\/h2>\n<h2>\n\t\tSince 1998 showing our visitors the best that we have to offer\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>BasqueMagazine, the first local media exclusively dedicated to\u00a0<strong>promoting tourism<\/strong>, is the best showcase for what this land has to offer in terms of leisure, gastronomy, commerce, culture, fashion, business activity, traditions, etc.<\/p>\n<p>And our daily effort is to look after, update and expand this\u00a0<strong>showcase<\/strong>, in its different media\u00a0<strong>(printed and digital)<\/strong>\u00a0so that it continues to be the most attractive and useful for our clients and sponsors.<\/p>\n<p>BasqueMagazine is a private, local and innovative business initiative which, by focusing on a\u00a0<strong>quality product<\/strong>, offers the best image of\u00a0<strong>Euskadi, La Rioja, Navarre, Pays Basque and Bearn<\/strong>, among those who visit us and among locals and professionals in the sector.<\/p>\n<p>In the\u00a0<strong>summer of 1998<\/strong>, after much effort and several months of testing, the first copies of the recently created printed magazine Gipuzkoa Tour reached the rooms of 3, 4 and 5 star hotels in Donostia-San Sebastian and Gipuzkoa. And our challenge was to convince our first advertisers that tourists could be an additional source of income for their companies. That we could be\u00a0<strong>the link between visitors and local initiatives<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>And the adventure worked out well.
