The exquisite croquettes can be tasted in <strong>71 establishments<\/strong> throughout the region. Organised by <strong>Harinas Urd\u00e1noz<\/strong>, the <strong>Pamplona Old Quarter<\/strong> Association and the <strong>ANAPEH<\/strong> Association.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ssl-host:8890\/magazine\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/croquwtas-santerra.jpg\" alt=\"croquwtas-santerra\" itemprop=\"image\" title=\"croquwtas-santerra\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n\t<p>The Croquette Week in Navarre is one of the <strong>most important gastronomic events<\/strong> <strong>of the year<\/strong> due to the high level of participation of the catering establishments, the quality of the proposals, each year more and more suggestive and elaborate, and the good reception it receives from the public of all ages.<\/p>\n<p>This well-known fried dish is very versatile due to the variety of ingredients it can be made with, whether vegetables, meat or fish, and its bite-size format&#8230;
