Up to <strong>15 performances<\/strong> will be held at the Getxo Folk, which will take place in the <strong>Old Port of Algorta<\/strong> and will bring back the open-air offer with the return to normality. The subscription concerts, like last year, will take place in the <strong>Muxikebarri<\/strong> centre and tickets are already on sale.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/basquemagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/wwfichero_272141_20220306.jpg\" alt=\"Neomak\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"640\" width=\"970\" title=\"wwfichero_272141_20220306\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n\t\tNeomak\n\t<p>In the <strong>star concerts<\/strong> (Muxikebarri, 20:00), the festival seeks to approach folk from other sounds, also betting on new generations of artists. <strong>Xabier Paya<\/strong>, Director of the <em>Aula de Cultura<\/em>, affirms &#8216;the importance of the <strong>role of women<\/strong> in the transmission of folk music&#8217;, an aspect that the festival wants to visualise in this year&#8217;s edition, which will have &#8216;a woman on the <strong>Muxikebarri<\/strong> stage every day&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of the <strong>free offer<\/strong>, which will take place in the Old Port of Algorta, there will be performances at <strong>18:00 and 23:00<\/strong>. In the latter, the festival welcomes bands such as <strong>Gozategi<\/strong> (16th), which is celebrating its 30th anniversary, and <strong>Buhos<\/strong> (17th), with which the festival is committed to festive performances.
