The day will also be attended by the Councillors for Culture of the Councils of the three cities participating in the initiative. The day will end in the afternoon in Plaza de Rekalde with <strong>circus activities and workshops<\/strong> aimed at all audiences and which will be free of charge.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\t&#8220;Tan Cerca&#8221;\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>The &#8220;Tan Cerca&#8221; programme is the result of an agreement signed in <strong>2012<\/strong> by the Biscayan and Cantabrian capitals, with Logro\u00f1o joining later.
