Mantala is promoted by the <strong>Basque Culinary Center<\/strong> and <strong>Hazi Fundazioa<\/strong> in collaboration with different public and private agents.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/basquemagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/hegaluzea-scaled-1.jpg\" alt=\"hegaluzea-scaled\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"645\" width=\"970\" title=\"hegaluzea-scaled\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n\t<p>How to promote Basque gastronomy? <strong>How to give visibility to the sector?<\/strong> How to strengthen the links between the different institutions? These are some of the questions that <strong>Mantala<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/mantala.eus\/en\/\">mantala.eus<\/a>) aims to answer. Mantala is an initiative aimed at promoting and developing Basque gastronomy by encouraging the exchange of knowledge. The initiative, promoted by the <strong>Basque Culinary Center<\/strong>; <strong>HAZI<\/strong>; Mahaia Kolektiboa; Gozoa, <strong>Gipuzkoako Artisau-Gozogileen Elkartea<\/strong>; Jakitea; Academia Vasca de la Gastronom\u00eda and Fecoga, the Federation of Gastronomic Guilds, has been presented at <strong>LABe-Digital Gastronomy Lab<\/strong> in Donostia-San Sebasti\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/basquemagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/DSC01erde278-scaled-1.jpg\" alt=\"DSC01erde278-scaled\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"647\" width=\"970\" title=\"DSC01erde278-scaled\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n\t<p>Among the different initiatives that make up Mantala is <strong>&#8216;Euskal Gastronomiaren Topaketa &#8211; Basque Gastronomy Meeting&#8217;<\/strong>, a day that will take place on <strong>27 September<\/strong> at the <strong>Basque Culinary Center<\/strong> and will bring together the Basque gastronomic sector to exchange visions and reflect on the future. The different members of the gastronomy value chain: chefs, producers, entrepreneurs, gastronomic industry and institutions will come together in a unique day in which the gastronomic community will share knowledge and visions. The event is expected to be attended by some <strong>300 professionals from the gastronomic sector<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/basquemagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/EDvasquitos_nesquitas.jpg\" alt=\"EDvasquitos_nesquitas\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"570\" width=\"970\" title=\"EDvasquitos_nesquitas\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n<h2>\n\t\tMantala\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p><strong>Mantala<\/strong> is a space for knowledge and interaction where different contents and projects based on <strong>gastronomic research, dissemination and collaboration<\/strong> converge. It is an initiative that promotes the development and visibility of the main <strong>identity values of Basque gastronomy<\/strong>, with a vision of the future, through the dissemination and <strong>visibility of quality digital content<\/strong>: a website (<a href=\"https:\/\/mantala.eus\/en\/\">mantala.eus<\/a>) and different profiles on social networks that serve as amplifiers of the
