\n\t\tIngredients\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

300 g of beans<\/p>\n

50 g chorizo<\/em><\/p>\n

50 g bacon<\/p>\n

75 g fried tomato sauce<\/p>\n

Half an onion<\/p>\n

1 clove of garlic<\/p>\n

1 roasted red pepper<\/p>\n

40 g olive oil<\/p>\n

2 L of water<\/p>\n

Salt<\/p>\n

\n\t\tElaboration\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

The first step in this recipe is to fill a saucepan with water<\/strong>. When it starts to boil, add a spoonful of salt and put the beans in the pot and leave them to cook for 45 minutes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

While the beans are cooking, prepare a stir-fry with the meat and vegetables<\/strong>. Put a frying pan on the heat and add a generous splash of olive oil. When it is hot, add the chorizo<\/em> and sliced bacon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Once the chorizo<\/em> and bacon have rendered all the fat, add the onion, chopped garlic and a pinch of salt<\/strong>. When the onions are ready, add the tomato sauce and the chopped peppers. Leave everything to simmer until the beans are ready.<\/p>\n

After cooking the beans<\/strong>, we can remove a little of the water so that the stew does not overcook. Then mix the stir-fry with the beans and stir to mix everything well. Leave the beans to cook with the stir-fry for 15 minutes<\/strong> and then check the salt content.<\/p>\n
