This will be the sixth edition of the Gatz Eguna, a very good opportunity to discover the heritage of this village in <strong>Gipuzkoa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/basquemagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/20211017_1222222222113.jpg\" alt=\"20211017_1222222222113\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"546\" width=\"970\" title=\"20211017_1222222222113\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n\t<p>The aim of this day is to <strong>highlight the heritage<\/strong> of the village of Gatzaga. In the past, the village&#8217;s <strong>salty spring<\/strong> was a source of economic development for the village and the <strong>salt culture<\/strong> developed there. The birth of the village is also due to salt.<\/p>\n<p>Gatzaga has been promoting this heritage for <strong>30 years<\/strong> and 6 years ago it was decided to organise a Salt Day to promote the product, its production and this salt culture.
