Since their opening on 24 November, the two activities located at the Muelle del Arenal and the Muelle de Ripa<\/strong> have consolidated the success of previous editions and continue their activity until 5 January<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"Ice\n\t\tIce slide at La Ripa Quay.\n\t

The rink and the ecological ice slide, two of the most awaited attractions of the #BilbaoGabonak<\/strong> programme, have reached more than 30,000 visitors<\/strong> in their first weeks of activity.<\/p>\n

Figures that confirm the success of these facilities located on both sides of the estuary, at the Arenal Wharf and Ripa Wharf, after their launch in 2018<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Muelle del Arenal<\/strong> is home to the 800 square metre ecological ice skating rink<\/strong>, one of the largest of its kind in Spain, with half of the facility covered in case of inclement weather. On the other side of the estuary, on the Ripa Quay<\/strong>, is the large slide<\/strong> with 6 sliding lanes.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"Satelliwwwwte-(2)\"\n\t

Tickets<\/strong> can preferably be purchased online through the website www.bilbaopistadehielo.com<\/a>. This avoids possible queues and ensures a seat on the chosen day and time. However, tickets can also be purchased at the ticket office<\/strong> of the facility. In the case of the ice rink, the price is \u20ac3.5 for 30 minutes of skating (skates included) and \u20ac2.5 for large families, while the slide is priced at \u20ac2.5 per person for three runs down the lanes.<\/p>\n

Group bookings<\/strong> (with more than 20 people) can be made by sending an email to the following address: reservasgabonak@proasur.com. Reservations can be made from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00 by calling 630 988 494.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"Satwwwwellite-(3)\"\n

\n\t\tChristmas Market\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

The 20 wooden stalls<\/strong> that make up the “Christmas Market” are located next to the six-lane slide on the Muelle de Ripa<\/strong> quay, to increase Bilbao’s commercial offer during these dates.<\/p>\n

Traders from the city offer their products of gastronomy, gifts, textiles and Christmas decoration until the 5th of January<\/strong> from 12:30 to 21:00, except on the 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 19th and 20th of December when they will be open from 17:30 to 21:00.<\/p>\n

As a novelty, this year the City Council has reserved one of the stalls to publicise the Bilbao Charter of Values<\/strong> and the Sustainable Development Goals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

To complete the commercial offer, the Christmas Craft Fair<\/strong>, managed by the Arbaso craftsmen’s association, will be held on the Muelle de El Arenal<\/strong>, opposite the Christmas Market, from 16 December to 5 January.<\/p>\n\t
