The first three places are occupied, respectively, by Northern Ireland, Tuscany and the Greater Canton of <strong>Zurich<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\tFinancial Times\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>The history of the <strong>Financial Times group&#8217;s<\/strong> recognition of Bilbao dates back to 2016, when the city won a double award at the &#8220;fDi Strategy Awards&#8221; in the <strong>&#8220;Smart City&#8221; and &#8220;Education Cluster&#8221;<\/strong> categories for its commitment to moving towards a smart city model and promoting knowledge-based development.<\/p>\n<p>The publication is considered to be the <strong>leading international magazine<\/strong> analysing global Foreign Direct Investment flows and trends.
