\n\nPincho Week<\/strong> in Navarre, organised by the Tourist Association and the Association of Catering and Tourism of Navarre<\/strong>, is 23 years old and will be held until 26th March<\/strong>. Enjoy and savour it!<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t With the arrival of spring<\/strong>, the Navarrese Pincho Week is back with enthusiasm and excitement, an essential event in the gastronomic calendar of Navarre<\/strong>. Once again, we will have the opportunity to taste the creativity in the form of pinchos, prepared by our innkeepers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n 47 establishments<\/strong> have registered for this twenty-third edition, although most of the participating establishments are from Pamplona<\/strong>, there are others distributed throughout Navarre, in the towns of Ayegui, Corella, Puente La Reina, Tafalla, Tudela<\/strong> and Viana.<\/p>\n The price<\/strong> of the pincho will be set by the establishments themselves, and will be between \u20ac2.40 and \u20ac3<\/strong>, with the aim of giving greater leeway in the choice of raw materials, preparation and presentation of the pincho. 38% of the bars<\/strong> will offer their pinchos suitable for coeliacs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t The Hostelry Association<\/strong> publishes posters and leaflets again, listing the establishments and the names of the competing pinchos. The bars are placed in order of geographical proximity so that those who go to taste the pinchos can create their own routes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n As in previous editions, the website www.semanadelpincho.es<\/a> has all the information on the participants, pinchos presented, tasting times, allergens, photographs, geolocation of the establishment and all the activities scheduled during the week.<\/p>\n On the other hand, the social networks<\/strong> are used to dynamise and communicate everything that happens during Pincho Week (news, anecdotes, photos of the participating pinchos).
