This building, which has become one of the most representative of the 16th century in Gipuzkoa, is the legacy of Rodrigo Merkado de Zuazola. A <strong>route<\/strong> that shows and explains the <strong>line of trenches and shelters<\/strong> in the area of the Azula pass. The place where the Kiriki\u00f1o and Saseta battalions were located and the last defence of the Aixola road, the machine gun post and the Goikomendi trench. The visitor will find an unexpected <strong>&#8220;open-air museum&#8221;<\/strong>, with unusual buildings that create a very special architectural style: Italian, Central European, Sevillian Baroque, Basque Gothic&#8230;
