The jury is chaired by chef <strong>Joan Roca<\/strong> and made up of some of the most influential chefs in the world.<\/p>\r\n<p>This event is part of the <strong>Euskadi Japan 2023<\/strong> year, a multi-sector initiative that aims to give visibility and intensify relations between the Basque Country and Japan and promote <strong>Euskadi Basque Country<\/strong> in Japan.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong><a
