In the last few years, it has implemented several ambitious strategic plans that have led the company to expand throughout the national territory, with the opening of new branches and the incorporation of new managers and key employees.<\/p>\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Foto-Cocina_Asador-Lecandab\" src=\"https:\/\/basquemagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Foto-Cocina_Asador-Lecandab.jpg\" alt=\"Kitchen of the Lecanda steakhouse.\" width=\"970\" height=\"647\" \/> Kitchen of the Lecanda steakhouse.<\/p>\r\n<h2>21 million turnover<\/h2>\r\n<p><strong>Comercial Hostelera<\/strong> currently has a turnover of 21 million euros and a team of more than<strong> 70 people<\/strong> working in its branches in Gipuzkoa, Bizkaia, Alava, Navarra and Madrid.<\/p>\r\n<p>The company stands out for its focus on <strong>efficiency and optimisation<\/strong> of resources in the kitchens it designs, providing innovation through technological solutions that achieve control and energy savings and efficiency in the use of machinery, as well as optimisation in organisational processes.
