An <strong>exhibition<\/strong> that aims to disseminate the <strong>values and uniqueness of Basque gastronomic culture<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"4-Flavours-Igartubeiti\u00a9Stuart-MacDonald\u00a9DSC_4426\" src=\"https:\/\/basquemagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/4-Flavours-Igartubeiti\u00a9Stuart-MacDonald\u00a9DSC_4426.jpg\" alt=\"\u00a9Stuart MacDonald\" width=\"970\" height=\"626\" \/> \u00a9Stuart MacDonald<\/p>\r\n<p>The exhibition promoted by <strong>Euskadi Gastronomika<\/strong>, brings us the history and the protagonists of these emblematic 4 sauces. In addition, <strong>each sauce is related to the culinary landscape of the Basque Country<\/strong> and the products of the sea and land that have fostered these landscapes and have been key in the elaboration and survival of those precious recipes that have crossed borders.<\/p>\r\n<p>And what better setting for this exhibition than the <strong>Igartubeiti Farmhouse in Ezkio Itsaso<\/strong>, a beautiful example of a winery that preserves the original wooden structure and takes us to the way of life typical of the <strong><em>baserris<\/em> of the 16th and 17th centuries<\/strong>. Specifically, its Interpretation Center located in the vicinity of the emblematic farmhouse that will host the exhibition until the end of 2023 and which is part of the Basque Network of Gastromuseums.<\/p>\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"4-Flavours-Igartubeiti\u00a9Stuart-MacDonald\u00a9DSC_4547-_-INTERIOR-CASER\u00cdO-IGARTUBEITI\" width=\"970\" height=\"601\" \/> \u00a9Stuart MacDonald<\/p>\r\n<p>There are <strong>different types of visit<\/strong>, from the free self-guided tour to a guided tour with special tasting designed and offered by Gastromuseums, as well as workshops aimed at families.<\/p>\r\n<p>Euskadi Gastronomika is a network promoted by the Department of Commerce, Consumption and Tourism of the Basque Government and the Basque Tourism Agency, Basquetour, with the aim of articulating and promoting the gastronomic tourism of the Basque Country, and is formed by professionals and entities related to Basque gastronomic culture who share common values and philosophy of work.<\/p>\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"
