La Vi\u00f1a de Henao (Bilbao) takes over from <strong>Castru Gaiteru restaurant (Llanes, Asturias)<\/strong> as the new home of the best ensaladilla in Spain.<\/p>\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Ensaladilla-92\" src=\"https:\/\/basquemagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Ensaladilla-92.jpg\" alt=\"Participantes en el certamen.\" width=\"970\" height=\"706\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>Mar\u00eda del Carmen Bedia Berodia won by convincing a jury made up of chefs and journalists such as <strong>Mart\u00edn Berasategui<\/strong>, Jos\u00e9 Carlos Capel, <strong>Julia P\u00e9rez<\/strong>, Carlos Maribona, Leonor Espinosa, Ricard Camarena and Benjam\u00edn Lana. The presenter was the food journalist and populariser of culinary history, <strong>Ana Vega<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p>La Vi\u00f1a de Henao is the home of the<strong> best ensaladilla rusa in Spain<\/strong>, the only tapa -with the exception of tortilla de patatas- common to the whole country. Behind them were the restaurants <strong>El Txoko de Ramiro Berri<\/strong> (Donostia- Guip\u00fazcoa), Tangana, Local de Ensayo (Murcia), L&#8217;Arrosseria (Cunit, Tarragona), Avrile (Santander), Hermanos Alba (M\u00e1laga), Torres Herrera, La Isla (Seville) and El Pandora (Avil\u00e9s, Asturias).<\/p>\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Ensaladilla-53\"
