In Halle d&#8217;Iraty, Biarritz, from <strong>10 to 12<\/strong> November. Not to be missed if you like and appreciate <strong>sustainable nature<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"20221110134021-p14465\" src=\"https:\/\/basquemagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/20221110134021-p14465.jpg\" alt=\"20221110134021-p14465\" width=\"970\" height=\"728\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>The aim of this fair is to promote <strong>sustainable agriculture, respectful of people and nature<\/strong>. Thanks to the work of hundreds of volunteers, Lurrama invites you to share a friendly moment with family or friends.<\/p>\r\n<p>In addition to other activities, during the three days of the fair you will be able to shop at the Lurrama farmers&#8217; market and meet <strong>50 producers<\/strong> who work the land with respect to offer the best products.<\/p>\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"lurrama\" src=\"https:\/\/basquemagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/lurrama.jpg\" alt=\"lurrama\" width=\"970\" height=\"684\" \/><\/p>\r\n<h2>What is sustainable agriculture?<\/h2>\r\n<p><strong>6 cross-cutting aspects<\/strong> allow us to understand a farm, both in its totality and in each of its dimensions. decision-making<\/strong>, economic, technical, financial and energy.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Distribution of production<\/strong> volume by asset.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Transferability<\/strong>, value of the production tool, economic viability, habitability, adaptability, land security.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Working with nature<\/strong>, fertilisation and management of phytosanitary products,
