The site-specific exhibition in the Exhibition Hall talks about the need to change the trend of unlimited growth in production and consumption due to the serious consequences it is having on the environment, with a formalisation in the form of a sculptural installation.<\/p>\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"azkuna-zentroa-bene-bererty\" src=\"https:\/\/basquemagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/azkuna-zentroa-bene-bererty.jpg\" alt=\"azkuna-zentroa-bene-bererty\" width=\"970\" height=\"578\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p>The book-catalogue is, in addition to the visual record of the exhibition, an essay on the question of degrowth written by Bene Bergado and Juan Luis Moraza, artist and co-author of the project. This new Azkuna Zentroa publication includes a conversation between the sculptor and <strong>Margarita Mediavilla<\/strong>. Her research work focuses on Energy, System Dynamics and integrated assessment models, oriented towards sustainability and energy transition.<\/p>\r\n<p>Bene Bergado, Margarita Mediavilla and <strong>Juan Luis Moraza<\/strong> present the catalogue with a three-way conversation on the need for the deceleration of which this project speaks. &#8220;Decrecer is an exhibition that incites activism, where the infinitive\/imperative decrecer challenges us through art.
