The charity dinner, to be held on Friday, September 27<\/strong> at the Mar\u00eda Cristina Hotel in San Sebasti\u00e1n,<\/strong> will be hosted by chefs Stefano Brunato (Maria Cristina, a Luxury Collection Hotel), Elena Arzak (Arzak)<\/strong>, Paco P\u00e9rez (Enoteca, Miramar), Julen Baz (Garena), Pablo Ibarreche and Cristina Castellanos (Lurka). As a final touch, attendees will be able to enjoy an exclusive small acoustic concert<\/strong> by Mikel Erentxun. <\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"1\n\tMaria Cristina, a Luxury Collection Hotel<\/strong>, once again reaffirms its commitment to the rights of the most vulnerable children around the world with the third edition of Maitia<\/strong>, its night of solidarity in favor of UNICEF Spain<\/strong>. The event has already become an unmissable social and cultural event and a reference in the city, to be held next Friday, September 27 within the framework of the San Sebastian International Film Festival<\/strong>, Zinemaldia.

\nMaria Cristina hotel<\/b>, who will be in charge of the pre-dinner cocktail,
\nElena Arzak<\/b>, chef of the three Michelin-starredArzak<\/b> restaurant
\nArzak<\/b>, who will serve the dish
\n Lobster and Yeast<\/b>;
\nPaco P\u00e9rez<\/b>, chef who has accumulated in his restaurants
\nEnoteca<\/b> (Barcelona, 2 stars),
\nMiramar <\/b>(Llan\u00e7a, 2 stars) andArco <\/b>(Gdansk, 2 stars).

\nViceroy in its silky dish with sea stew<\/b>;
\nJulen Baz<\/b>, from the restaurant Garena<\/b>, who will serve the Euskaltxerri and plum<\/b> dish ;<\/b> and Pablo Ibarreche and Cristina Castellanos<\/b>, from Lurka<\/b> chocolate shop, for desserts, with their Chocolate Mexico 70%, citrus and spices<\/b>.\nDuring dinner, attendees will be able to enjoy a live performance by the Kukai Dantza Taldea<\/strong> company ,<\/strong> preceded by a cocktail enlivened by a jazz big band.
\nAfter dinner, the musical surprise comes from Mikel Erentxun<\/b>, who will offer an exclusive acoustic concert in one of the rooms of the Mar\u00eda Cristina, followed by a DJ set by Alex del Toro.<\/strong> \n
