Cradle of great surfers like <strong>Aritz Aranburu<\/strong>, Axi Muniain, <strong>Indar Unanue<\/strong> or Ibon Amatriain, this Gipuzkoan town is one of the <strong>talent factories<\/strong> par excellence of national surfing. Its beach of more than <strong>2.5 kilometer<\/strong>s of extension concentrates a multitude of sand peaks suitable for all levels. Its beach barely reaches 400 meters in length, but its waves are very big. Indeed, Me\u00f1akoz is one of the most renowned spots in the Basque Country. It holds a lot of sea and <strong>breaks on rocky bottom<\/strong>, just<strong> in front of the cliff.<\/strong> It is generally <strong>surfed from the right<\/strong>, although sometimes you can also catch some lefts. Being an urban beach is usually <strong>very crowded<\/strong> and complicated parking.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Roka puta<\/h2>\r\n<p>In front of the road that goes <strong>from Zumaia to Getaria<\/strong> (Gipuzkoa), we find Roka Puta, very close to Zarautz.
