Vitoria-Gasteiz<\/h2>\r\n<p>The silence of the White City has as its epicenter a city devoted to its customs -the novel starts in the middle of the celebration of the <strong>Day of the Blouse<\/strong> and the <strong>Neska<\/strong>, prelude to the <strong>Festivities of the White Virgin<\/strong>&#8211; and which is very comfortable to live in. Proof of this are some of the passages of the novel, in which we witness the &#8216;rituals&#8217; of its protagonists, which are none other than those of any inhabitant of Vitoria-Gasteiz: going out for pintxos, strolling along the Green Belt&#8230;<\/p>\r\n<h2>Stage 2. Vitoria-Gasteiz &#8211; Lagr\u00e1n<\/h2>\r\n<p>We leave Vitoria-Gasteiz towards the <strong>Sierra de Cantabria<\/strong> or Tolo\u00f1o, in the shadow of which is Villaverde, where the protagonist grew up &#8220;looking at the wall of beech, oak and hazelnut trees&#8221; that can be seen in the foothills of these mountains. <strong>Villaverde<\/strong> is one of the three villages that make up the municipality of Lagr\u00e1n. On the way we can stop in Condado de <strong>Trevi\u00f1o<\/strong> to visit its &#8220;famous abandoned tower&#8221; or the enigmatic hermitage of San Vicentejo, &#8220;a small Romanesque wonder&#8221;.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Stage 3. Laguardia &#8211; Laguardia<\/h2>\r\n<p>Laguardia is a monumental town through whose arteries runs the fruit of the seas of vineyards that surround it. All of <strong>Laguardia<\/strong> is, in fact, full of subway cellars that any visitor can get to know thanks to the routes that are organized, accompanied by wine tastings. Like the rest of the <strong>Rioja Alavesa<\/strong>, it is the ideal destination for wine and <strong>gastronomic tourism<\/strong> and for getting lost among enormous extensions of vineyards and olive trees among which stand out medieval villas with walled enclosures and ancestral mansions.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Stage 4. San Adrian Tunnel &#8211; Sandaili Cave<\/h2>\r\n<p>The <strong>Aizkorri-Aratz<\/strong> massif was formerly known as the frontier of evildoers due to the continuous clashes and robberies that took place in these mountains between the inhabitants of Alava and Gipuzkoa. It is a landscape of limestone mountains and endless beech forests whose main accesses are in the town of <strong>Araia<\/strong> in Alava and the municipalities of O\u00f1ati and <strong>Zegama<\/strong>, both in Gipuzkoa. Undoubtedly, a place that will delight all people who love nature.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Stage 5. Deba &#8211; San Juan de Gaztelugatxe<\/h2>\r\n<p>The Basque coast is full of places full of magic, as can be evidenced by reading Eva Garc\u00eda S\u00e1enz de Urturi. Two such places are the town of Deba, in western Gipuzkoa, and the islet and hermitage of <strong>San Juan de Gaztelugatxe<\/strong>, the scene of pirates, <strong>covens<\/strong> and legends, and a place where it is impossible not to fall in love.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Stage 6. Mount Gorbea &#8211; Valdegov\u00eda<\/h2>\r\n<p><strong>The Gorbeia Natural Park<\/strong> is located between the provinces of Alava and Bizkaia and is the largest of all the natural parks in the Basque Country. Natural waterfalls with vertiginous falls, karstic rocks, long extensions where cattle graze and some of the most impressive beech forests that can be found make this place a space of great symbolic charge. From there we will head to the south of the province, to <strong>Valdegov\u00eda<\/strong>, at the entrance to another of the must-see natural parks, <strong>the Valderejo Natural
