From 19 to 28 May, Navarre celebrates Croquette Week, an initiative promoted by Harinas Urdánoz and whose aim is to highlight the value of this portion of dough made with a dense sauce like bechamel. More than 80 establishments in Pamplona and Navarre are taking part.
