In this special season, Sagardoetxea has prepared a unique gastronomic experience for its visitors. In addition to the guided tour, you can enjoy a special selection of cider and cheeses from the Basque Country. Among the most outstanding are Idiazabal D.O. cheese, Roncal D.O. cheese and Iraty D.O. cheese.

From March 27 to April 7, Sagardoetxea will be offering this special tasting of cider and cheeses, in line with the tradition of these special dates.

After exploring the Basque Cider Museum, visitors will have the opportunity to continue their day with lunch or dinner in an authentic cider house. There they will be able to enjoy the ritual of the txotx and thus complete their experience in depth in the culture of Basque cider.
