Since 1950, when his great-grandfather Emeterio opened this restaurant, they have been making their triangles and towers with the freshest ingredients, their homemade bread and their famous and inimitable secret recipe sauce, giving food and drink to locals and visitors alike.
Four generations of the family have dedicated themselves to the same business, in the same establishment and with the same style. This has been the tradition for more than half a century.
