If you are interested in the gastronomy linked to the territory, you have to know "Aquí se Come Bien": a gastroroute created by ANAPEH to enjoy rural establishments in Navarra. The common denominator is the quality of its offer and the fact that it is supplied with local products, many of them under the Reyno Gourmet brand and with the Navarra Denomination of Origin .
More and more people are interested in authentic gastronomy, people who appreciate the traditional flavors that come from excellent raw materials linked to the territory, food that comes from orchards, forests, farms near the bars or "village" restaurants where you can enjoy recipes based on tradition and rootedness.
This does not necessarily mean that what is going to be eaten is a traditional dish, it can also be a recipe based on popular knowledge that has been transformed by the hand of cooks, but always with respect for what is already known, with knowledge and gastronomic sense.
ANAPEH, the Navarre Association of Small Hospitality Businesses, has set to work in this sense, discovering in the rural world of Navarre those establishments that pamper the product, offering zero kilometer, artisan, organic or designation of origin food in the bars of the bars. In the breakfasts of hotels and rural houses, in the restaurants that also offer accommodation and that allow travelers to immerse themselves in landscapes linked to gastronomy, creating their own route.

Deep-rooted accommodations, committed to the environment, culture and traditions; aware of the importance of the primary sector and local producers, small companies that supply us with cheeses and dairy products, fresh vegetables, high quality preserves, sausages, honey, pasture-raised meats...
The initiative also has the essential support of Reyno Gourmet, the seal of guarantee that protects the Denominations of Origin "Navarra" and artisan foods, as well as the collaboration and subsidy of the Government of Navarra-Nafarroako Gobernua.
