The two Sundays of the regatta trawlers in La Concha are approaching and there is nothing better than enjoying them with some karrakeas or kiskillas in hand. At La Jarana Taberna they are in favour of preserving good traditions, and they propose to taste them in their cones full of karrakelas and kiskillas with the typical pin and cone as they used to do in the old days.

The port of Donostia-San Sebastián has deep-rooted customs, a lot of tradition and its own personality. A few years ago, the typical thing to do while strolling around the port was to buy a cone of kiskillas or snails and enjoy this delicacy that is so much our own.

This traditional snack from San Sebastian, 'Marisco obrero' they used to call them, has been almost completely lost with the disappearance of the stalls that sold these cones, up to 14 were counted.

They are served as pintxos in the hotel's own bar and restaurant, and can also be taken away.
