Txakoli Bizi reveals the region of Aiaraldea
The Txakoli Route, together with Cuadrilla de Ayala, is once again launching Txakoli Bizi with the aim of promoting Aiaraldea and the local product through different activities and food and wine experiences that will take place from 11 to 27 November.
Showcookings, commented tastings, Paint&Wine, visits, monologues, tastings, raffles and live music are the activities programmed to surprise those attending this new edition of Txakoli Bizi.
"After the success of last year's edition, we have decided to back this initiative, Txakoli Bizi, once again. A way of raising awareness of the Aiaraldea region and, at the same time, promoting the products of the area through the activities and food and wine experiences that will be held from 11 to 27 November", highlights the President of Cuadrilla de Ayala, Encina Castresana.
The opening and presentation of Txakoli Bizi will start on Friday, 11 November (attendance by invitation only), and will be accompanied by a toast at the Soloitza Cheese Factory (Respaldiza).
The Cuadrilla de Ayala would like to invite all citizens to enjoy the various activities, which can be booked in advance. Three showcookings are scheduled. The first will take place on Sunday, 13 November, in the Artziniega pelota court, with the great chef Jorge Romero (depoteenpote), who will demonstrate his culinary skills live.
