The opening and presentation of Txakoli Bizi will start on Friday, 11 November (attendance by invitation only), and will be accompanied by a toast at the Soloitza Cheese Factory (Respaldiza).
The Cuadrilla de Ayala would like to invite all citizens to enjoy the various activities, which can be booked in advance. Three showcookings are scheduled. The first will take place on Sunday, 13 November, in the Artziniega pelota court, with the great chef Jorge Romero (depoteenpote), who will demonstrate his culinary skills live.
